Qantas Function
We were asked by our friends at Qantas to cater a gourmet selection fingerfood and a buffet for 180 V.I.P. guests. Qantas had finished the upgrade of a new hanger and were donating an aeroplane to the defence force. There was an emphasis on quality and service as this was a very special occasion for Qantas with V.I.P. guests.

Fingerfood / Fork and Walk
We were asked to cater a gourmet selection fingerfood and 9 Fork and Walk selections for 100 guests. We provided all the equipment, food staff, bar staff and helped make the night a complete success.

St Patrick's Day in the Botanical Gardens
We were recruited by The Irish Club and The St Patrick's Parade Committee to provide a sausage sizzle for 1500 people between 10:30am and 12:00pm on Saturday 15th March in the Botanical Gardens in Brisbane.

BMW - New Mini Launch
Our friends at Motorline BMW in Daisy Hill asked us to cater for the launch of the new Mini. They wanted drinks staff, fingerfood, gourmet Fork and Walk boxes and they were very happy with the food and service.

Home Wedding
We were asked to provide a tailored menu for a back yard wedding for 60 guests. We provided the hire equipment, table decoration, 3 course fine dining menu, staff and equipment. Everything was perfect and the bride was extremely happy.
